The communication and service were great! They pushed my insurance to cover insulation when they realized there was none in the walls they were fixing. The crew was respectful of my space and they got the job done quickly and well. Would recommend them and will use them in the future for any projects.

Restoration work was performed after experiencing a water leak in a bathroom that also affected the ceiling below. The technicians were prompt and courteous and the work was excellent. Repairs and paint made the area better than new. Very professional and excellent workmanship. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again if ever needed.

We had a wonderful experience with The. TerraPro Group! They remodeled our bathroom floors, painted our walls, and renovated our kitchen. From start to finish, they were incredibly communicative and kept us informed throughout the entire process.

Every worker who came into our home was professional, well-trained, friendly, and truly listened to what we wanted. They paid attention to the details and made sure we were happy with the results.

A special thank you to Asibel and all of the field managers—they were absolutely wonderful to work with and made the entire project run smoothly.

We are so happy with the finished results and would absolutely recommend The Tera Group to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused remodeling company!

This company is amazing. Complete professionals. They were very organized and worked fast. We had water damage and they dealt with the insurance and did wonderful job restoring our house. We had initially contacted another company, which kept delaying everything. TerraPro send someone immediately to inspect and start the process and their timeline was much better. They also never tried to charge us extra for anything and, in fact, fixed a few small additional things for no extra charge. I'd definitely use them again for anything around the house. Jose Marquina, who supervised the work, was fantastic!

Outstanding experience with Terra Pro Group. From the initial estimate with Daniel Guzman to project completion with Jose Marquina, the entire process was seamless and professional.

Jose kept us informed, set clear expectations, and went above and beyond-especially when unexpected issues from prior poor workmanship came up. His attention to detail and commitment to getting it right gave us complete peace of mind.

The crews were skilled, respectful, and took great pride in their work. Our home was fully restored to its pre-loss condition, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

We HIGHLY recommend Terra Pro Group.

In a world where questionable contractors are everywhere, peace of mind is very important. I had complete peace of mind with TerraPro from day 1. Our insurance claim had languished with another contractor for almost two years before TerraPro got on the scene, so I was a very “hands on” homeowner. I knew from the first interaction that there were going to prioritize details and not cut corners. They are professional, patient, thorough, and punctual (it’s genuinely difficult to think of something negative to say). Highly recommend.
